CrossFit ek high-intensity functional training program hai jo weightlifting, cardio, gymnastics aur bodyweight movements ka combination hota hai. Har din ka workout alag hota hai (WOD – Workout of the Day), jise specially design kiya jata hai taaki aapke body ke har part ko push kiya ja sake.
